Kimberley Stoegbauer

Kim Stoegbauer’s real estate career started at a very young age when she took her first job at age 16 as a receptionist at Coldwell Banker, where her mother was a Broker. She obtained her real estate license in 1996, while pursuing her Business Marketing degree from Arizona State University. In 2001, Kim and her mom partnered to start their own real estate brokerage. In 2008, when the market crashed, Kim decided to leave the business and focus on her young children at home. She started a blog, called The TomKat Studio (named after her children, Tommy + Kate) that focused on decorating, entertaining, recipes and crafts. Her eye and talent for design quickly grabbed the attention of brands like HGTV, DIY Network, and Pottery Barn Kids. She gained a large, loyal following on social media and continued growing the brand for 10 years. In 2017, she decided to pivot the TomKat brand to combine her love of real estate and design. The TomKat Design + Real Estate team has quickly built an incredible reputation working with buyers, sellers, and design clients. The TomKat real estate office and design center are located in Downtown Ocotillo in Chandler, Arizona.
