Kim has lived in the Charlotte and Lake Norman area for over 28 years and has worked as a Realtor since 1998; she has gained great experience in serving the public.

With her experience working in fast-paced environments, demanding strong organizational skills, she has gained excellent interaction skills, helping her better serve her clients. She is most definitely a people person!

With a North Carolina and South Carolina Broker's License, she brings both experience and knowledge as a local Realtor within all aspects in the Luxury market as well. She is married with 2 awesome sons, and they enjoy lots of family time on Lake Norman!
