My wife and I had high expectations regarding the performance of our realtor in the selling of our home of 30 years. From the beginning of the process through closing in every aspect of her job, Kim far exceeded our expectations. Kim prepared us that we may incur a few unexpected challenges along the way and she was correct. However she assisted us and again exceeded our expectations regarding the speedy resolutions of these items. In closing, if you are in the market for a realtor due to her extensive professionalism and personal nature, we HIGHLY recommend Kim.

Kim was an incredible realtor and helped us find our dream home - if you read nothing else know that you should contact her immediately!!

In a challenging and competitive market, Kim was an outstanding resource. She found us so many properties to look at, was unfailingly honest and responsive to all the questions of a first time home buyer, and gave such good advice. She was never pushy and let us make decisions, but we always benefitted from her expert input. She tells it like it is and we appreciated her honestly always.

We got pretty down when we were having trouble finding and getting the right house, but Kim's positivity and perseverance helped us keep looking - her energy and humor made us feel like we had a friend in a crazy journey! Don't like her kindness fool you, she was a tough negotiator on our behalf multiple times.

Additionally, even once we found our home - she supported us with the inspection, and connected us with so many great contacts she had in professional network (handyman, inspector, chimney sweep...blinds installation - she knows everyone). We were new to the South Shore and working with someone so well connected made our move go so smoothly. She even helped give extra advice to a friend of ours that was in a tough situation in her own housing search.

We can't recommend her highly enough!

Kim was great to work with. In a incredibly competitive market we were able to get a house we loved, in the town we wanted to be in, for under asking. She was always available to answer our questions, responded quickly and truthfully, and even committed to working with us well in advance of us being ready to buy a home. If you're looking to buy or sell a home on the south shore, we can't recommend Kim enough!
