After just three and half years in sales, Kimberly ranked #4 out of 1000+ agents in all of the Traverse Area Association of Realtors and has set new sales records. In 2019, she officially became the broker/owner of Venture Properties. In addition to selling, she continues to handle the marketing strategy for the company. Kimberly brings decades of traditional and digital marketing expertise along with sales experience to her position.
