Kimberly Codding

Kim Codding was born and raised in Oregon and has been a Coachella valley resident since 2002. Before becoming a Realtor, she worked as a PGA Teaching Professional at Mission Hills C.C, Stone Eagle G.C, and Thunderbird C.C. Kim understands firsthand the business strategy and process it takes to buy and sell from the prospective of a first time buyer/seller to the high-end country club estate. Kim’s favorite part of the process is in the staging of a home and investing in each step it takes to make the dreams of her clients a reality. Kim and her husband, Gabe, love spending time camping in their RV, golfing, fishing, and swimming in the ocean with their three daughters, Gabriella, Hosanna, and Evelyn.
