Kimberly is amazing. I live out of state and needed to coordinate the sale of our family home, which my elderly mother lived in. Within 30 days, we had the house in shape, on the market, sold and closed. Kimberly was kind, patient and helpful with my mother, myself and my family. Kimberly and her son Robert stayed with up call after call AFTER CALL!! We where buying here in MI from Florida and she was very helpful! We have been through the selling and purchasing of two homes with Kimberly and her son Robert who work together to get it done for you. They are professional, responsive and a pleasure to work with. Home hunting can be stressful and time consuming, but never at any point did we feel as if all of our requests were a problem. We were provided everything we needed to get through this process regarding referrals, recommendations for movers, storage facilities, etc. I have referred my own parents whom have now sold two and purchased another home with Kim & Robert.

Kim and her staff were incredibly helpful in assisting my friend’s elderly dad in the sale of his home. My friend lives out of state and we ran into a few hiccups with the sale of his dad’s home. Kim was extremely helpful in assisting with all the hiccups to allow for a smooth sale and uneventful closing. She and her staff treated him as family as this was a difficult decision for him to move.

After the decision to move out of our home of 17 years we knew we had to find a realtor. Our first contact with Kimberly Drescher was almost 6 months prior to listing the house. She came by to check out our place. From the very beginning she was extremely friendly and helpful. She gave us recommendations on what needed to be done to sell our house for top dollar but at the same time was never pushy. She made us feel comfortable through out the whole process.
