I am 5th Generation Montanan originally from a little town called Twin Bridges. I went to college to be a teacher at University of Montana-Western. Teaching was never my passion, I didn't know what it was. I was a Wildland Firefighter through college and that took me to the Billings area when I worked for the BLM. I got a temp job in the off season of fire in a Real Estate Office working for 8 different Brokers as their Office Manager. There my passion for Real Estate was born. I lived for looking at listings and seeing how they did things. Fast forward to getting married to my wonderful husband, Josh and becoming a Mom to three awesome funny kids, I had a push from a friend and colleague to do Real Estate as a profession. Could I do that? That was always something I nerded out on! I had already been doing Real Estate Photography for Realtors as I am a professional photographer and I did love it so I got my license. I haven't sat still since! I stage my homes with the use of B-Staged Montana. I professionally photograph them, I market them, I do open houses on them. I push them hard. When selling, I have lived in both Yellowstone and Carbon County so I know the area well, and being a Montana Native means I know Montana well and other agents to refer you to if you need help in that portion. I love showing homes. How many people get to say they do their "dream job?" This is mine. Not only that, I come with an extra card in my hand besides staging and photography---my husband Josh. He owns a handyman and HVAC business so we also can help you take homes that would get picked apart in an inspection and/or not ready to sell and we can update them for you and get them on the market to sell fast! I am working on my GRI, I educate myself and follow market trends. I am not afraid to ask for what you want and I go to work for you.
