April 2016 I had the pleasure of working with Kim Fodor. She was very professional, kind and very thorough. She came to me as a referral from my nephew and his wife. She worked with them and helped them through the process of buying and closing on their first home and subletting their apartment. They had nothing but good things to say about her. I had called another Realtor that I had worked with in the past and was not very pleased with the lack of information I received from this person, so when my nephew recommended Kim, I jumped at the chance to contact her. She responded to my call promptly and we set up an appointment to meet. From the moment I met her I felt comfortable. It was obvious that she was very experienced and I knew that I had selected the right person to assist me in selling my home. At our second meeting, she came prepared with all the comps for my neighborhood and made me feel very positive about the process of selling my home. Kim was always available to me whenever I had any questions. She was also very informative on how to stage my home and jumped right in to assist me with whatever needed to be done to complete the staging. She was there for me every step of the way. She is a great negotiator and was able to negotiate the best sale price for my house. She is simply amazing to work with and feel like I have a new friend in her. I will definitely be calling on her if I decide to buy a home in the future. I have already recommended her to my family and friends. Kim is simply the best at what she does. May 2015 I absolutely adore Kim. Not easy working out of state, and my preference is delegating to folks that have my best interests at heart. I'm not easy to impress. I'm not passive, but I want to be informed on things I don't know, and may not anticipate. I hate babysitting professionals, and fired two realtors before finding her. July 2015 Kim Fodor is an agent with some real common sense and zeal. She has a great attitude, while also being very nice and friendly. August 2015 Both my husband and I are retired Air Force and never really settled down. Kim helped sell our 1st home and found us our 2nd and final home. She was SOOO patient with us, because we had specific needs and we did not want to settle for less. September 2014 Kim is by far the best at what she does. She topped any other Agent we have ever had any experience with. She stuck with us over the 8 months of us looking yes 8 for just the right place. She went with us all over the Austin Surrounding area. She helped us nail down what we were looking for. She was there to jump and run with us to anything that looked good to the wife and there were a bunch over the months. She never flinched at the thought of helping us. She had the focus of making it as much her home as ours. She was there with every tool you could think of to get our questions answered and even those we had not thought of. We feel she is more family then Agent. She provides quick helpful responses and she remained in our court through the whole process. She is in it 110% for you and with you. Your expectations are high when you are looking for a home and Kim always exceeded them. She was there to do battle in the war of real-estate over these months I have seen her go way beyond for all her clients. May 2015 Bought a one-bedroom condo in Northwest Austin with help from Kim Fodor. I am no fan of real estate agents, but I have to admit, Kim really went out of her way to find a place in a specific complex that I wanted. (It wasn't even listed, but it was in the complex I had told her I liked.) She's a hard worker and has an aggressive acquisition style which is a must in the current market. [What I mean by this is that she found me a place that wasn't even technically for sale yet and did all kinds of extra work to make sure I got what I wanted.] I'd recommend her without hesitation.
