Kimberly Forsyth

Kim’s passion for real estate, architecture and its preservation, neighborhood enhancement, and identifying opportunities evolved into her advisory role in real estate development and neighborhood improvement, serving as the President of her Historic District, co-founding two neighborhood associations, and having the Lady Baltimore Park named.

Her professional negotiation skills as an investment analyst of municipalities is a critical asset in serving clients. Kim was asked by a local Judge to manage his historic real estate holdings which evolved into her managing real estate and estate liquidation and obtaining her Realtor license. She prides herself in finding what her client is seeking for their new home or investment portfolio.

Kim grew up in Baltimore, attended public and private schools, and has lived in seven local neighborhoods from Canton to Lutherville and in Boston and London. Her knowledge and enjoyment of what she does will enhance what she offers you in every facet of whatever you seek to accomplish your real estate objectives.
