Kim has specialized in Sarasota and the surrounding islands since 2005. She is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, a repeated sales award winner, holds multiple designations from the National Association of Realtors and is an inductee of a major International Reality Hall of Fame. In 2014, Sarasota Magazine recognized her as a Five Star Customer Servicer Real Estate Professional for the 5th consecutive year.
While living in Europe and the Far East for nine years, Kim founded and managed several import-export businesses, sharpening her sales, marketing, and negotiating skills. Kim is highly regarded for her gifts of interpersonal communication, creativity, and high-energy work ethic.
While managing her own construction business, specializing in luxury English Conservatories, Kim earned her Michigan Residential Builder/Contractor license and became a licensed landscape professional.
Born in Cleveland, Kim is a graduate of Ohio State University with a degree in business and design. She also studied International Marketing in Geneva Switzerland and The Hague, the Netherlands, and served as an instructor at Johns Hopkins University in Bologna, Italy.
Kim is an avid boater, physical fitness and sports enthusiast, enjoys everything about the outdoors, and is a seasoned traveler who has visited more than 90 countries. She enjoys mission trips, works with Habitat for Humanity, and breast cancer awareness.
