About Kimberly

Kimberly James is a third-generation real estate professional known for her focus, drive and diligence in finding the perfect home or the ideal buyer. Together with her husband and two young children, Kimberly is the fourth generation in her family to live in Greenwich. She leverages fifteen years of experience in the financial services industry and has developed a strong network in Manhattan as a result. Kimberly is a full-time real estate broker committed to giving her best, every minute of the day. Her ability to problem-solve, manage relationships, and swiftly navigate complex situations enables her to facilitate smooth, successful transactions with care and discretion for her clients.

With her daughter attending Greenwich Academy and her son at Brunswick School, Kimberly has a strong network of parents with young children in town and has detailed knowledge of the variety of public and private school offerings. Having both rented and purchased a home in Greenwich in the past several years, Kimberly has a fresh perspective on the rental and home buying experience, providing a wealth of knowledge for her clients.

Kimberly has a deep passion for the town of Greenwich. She served as the Chair of the Parent Advisory Board at the YMCA of Greenwich Early Learning Center as well as a Class Representative for her daughter at Greenwich Academy. She is on the Leadership Team of the Greenwich Newcomers Club, is a member of the Junior League of Greenwich, enjoys dancing and performing with a local dance company, Mixt Co., and is also a guest dancer at Equinox with Billy Blanks, Jr. For the past several years, Kimberly and her husband have successfully launched a fundraising campaign for Pancreatic Cancer research through the Lustgarten Foundation and have ranked as a top five team since 2017.

Kimberly has been a dancer for over 35 years. She has been dancing since the age of two and teaching for the last 15 years! Kimberly has a passion for photography and videography and loves outdoor sports and camping in the summer.

Kimberly earned an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Richmond in Virginia. Prior to the University of Richmond, Kimberly was a “lifer” at The Hockaday School, an all-girl’s school in Dallas, TX.
