She responds extremely quickly to communications, makes herself available for showings on short notice for her customers, searches for and proactively sends clients prospective homes before they hit the market and is really a bulldog for her clients, not letting them get runover by counter-offers and unreasonable demands. From the initial contact to closing on our home, Kim was always readily available. She prepared documents quickly and accurately ensuring a smooth home buying process.
