We recently worked with Kim on the purchase of a new home in the Kentlands. Although we had purchased homes in other states Kim was efficient and very helpful in guiding us through the process in Maryland. She responded to all of our questions promptly and worked with the listing agent to ensure that the sale went smoothly. We would highly recommend Kim for anyone looking to purchase a home.

Kim is a star! She helped my husband and me in our first home purchasing experience. Kim is extremely responsive and has great knowledge of real estate industry. Her upbeat, no-nonsense demeanor helped us navigate a very challenging home buying process. She is very professional and courteous, and also a lovely person and a pleasure to work with. Kim really made our first home-buying process more comfortable and less scary than it might otherwise have been! We met her by chance at an open house for a property we were unlikely to put an offer on, but from the very start she was very eager and gracious about helping us even without a guarantee that we would be buying soon. As it turns out, we did find a house we really wanted and Kim was right there with us the whole time, answering trivial questions at all hours. She helped us stay on an even keel throughout a roller coaster process, and we are extremely grateful!

From the moment, we met Kim Jones, I knew, that she was going to be a special person in my husband and my life. Kim displayed, her professional, efficiency and attentiveness in all avenues of her being, our real estate agent.

Kim, was right on the ball, she had paper work ready on the first day. She explained ever step of selling & buying our home. She was available every time, we called on her. By Kim, being so attentive, this may our experience with selling/buying our home worthwhile. I was so please with Kim and the whole group that worked with her. I told my husband, you know, that Kim is a blessing. She was placed in our lives at the right time. I thought, that it would take months & months to complete this move, but with Kim and her team, it took less than 3 months, to complete this. I would recommend her to anyone, whose planning to sell or buy a home.
