Kim grew up in Stoneham, MA where she continues to reside with her three teenage boys. As a child she was first introduced to real estate accompanying her dad, a broker/owner at the time, to open houses and later working in his real estate office in Arlington, MA. Kim began her own venture in the real estate market at the early age of twenty-four by purchasing a home in Stoneham, MA. Since then, she has invested in property in New Hampshire and has flipped multiple houses.
Kim brings a wealth of knowledge to her clients and is a consummate professional. She prides herself with a successful history across various industries by always putting her clients’ needs first. Kim has an MBA from Northeastern University and with her experience and knowledge in marketing, finance, sales, project management, public speaking, and negotiation, she knows how to successfully close deals.
It is no surprise that when Kim decided to pursue a career in real estate, she would quickly become a leader in the industry and her sales would surpass those with years of experience. Kim intimately understands this business is not just about buying and selling houses; with fierce dedication she ensures her clients’ needs are always met while maintaining peace of mind throughout the process. Helping homeowners and investors on this journey we call life; she does not take lightly the emotional impact the real estate market can have. With her warm heart and huge personality, Kim supports her clients every step of the way and often becomes close friends long after closings. Upon meeting her, you will certainly understand why.
In addition to residential sales, Kim has a vast knowledge of short sales, investment properties, flips, 1031 exchanges and land development. She knows how to work hard and play hard. When she is not helping someone buy or sell property, she can be found on a baseball field watching one of her boys play America’s favorite pastime. She also loves exercising, skiing, vacationing, and spending time with her family and friends. And if you can believe it, Kim also holds certifications to teach Mathematics, Business, Physical Education and Health & Family Consumer Sciences and is a PE/Wellness teacher in Melrose. No one can figure out how she does it all, but she says the key is not watching TV.
Giving back comes second nature to Kim. Autism Housing Pathways is the most recent recipient of her generous acts of kindness. She played an instrumental role in creating a revolving fund enabling young adults with autism to secure housing. Supporting a myriad of international, national, and local organizations including Special Olympics, American Cancer Society, CARE, American Diabetes, Greater Chicago Food Bank, Home for Little Wanderers, Brain Tumor Society she has helped raise hundreds of thousands of dollars and many more. Kim has also contributed to and fundraised for family members and friends in need. What makes Kim even more amazing is that she donates a substantial amount of her real estate earnings to those in need. She is currently in the process of setting up the Kim Kearns Nardone Foundation.
