She is extremely professional, dedicated and goes above and beyond for you! She is hands on and will help with all parts of the sale. My wife and I were referred to Kim and Heritage Homes by our next door neighbor Erik Berger. We had the pleasure of working with Kim and her associate realtor, Kathy Dohner, over a period of approximately 4 months.

Kim's first challenge was to help us find a new single story home not too distant from our existing home. She quickly came up with several options and we were able, with Kim's expertise and guidance, to close on the first home we made an offer on. She continued to guide us through a compressed escrow timeline to meet the sellers' requirements. Her and her team's ability hold our hands through the entire process made a stressful exercise far less so.

Next up was the sale of our existing home. Since Kim and Kathy had first hand recent sales experience in the Scripps Legacy Huntington development where our home was located, we received multiple attractive offers almost immediately after listing it for sale. Again, Kim and Heritage Homes provided expert guidance through the whole sale escrow process.
Our home sold for one of the highest prices at that time in our development, and escrow closed exactly as scheduled.

We can't say enough good things about Kim and Heritage. She listens, she explains, and above all she communicates. You'll always know where things are and where they are headed.

If you need a top notch realtor in the San Diego market, we can't recommend her highly enough.

I was referred to Kimberly by the real estate agent we were working with in Tennessee. We went out to look at homes in Tennessee and ended up making an offer. We needed a realtor to sell our home quickly back home in San Diego. Parents always want what is best for our kids, since we don't live in SD, it is hard to know the housing market and the best location for our son in Poway. We were so fortunate to get to know our real estate agent, Kimberly, by referral (from real estate friend in the Bay Area). Knowing how difficult the situation can be during the search for a perfect house for our son who lived in Mira Mesa and wanted to move to Poway - After a few months, we found the perfect house and were so blessed with Kimberly - who took the job very seriously and so personally to help out our son to find him a home in Poway; she went far and beyond our expectation to make the process simple and easy for all of us from finding a loan officer, to the house inspector to plumber to electrician, we definitely can't do all of these without Kimberly and her team. I have had the pleasure of working with Kim multiple times. Most recently, Kim helped my family sell our home, after having helped us close on the purchase of our new home. She is an expert in the nuances of the different neighborhoods of Rancho Bernardo and Poway.

Working as the Sellers agent for us, Kim got us multiple solid offers over asking the first weekend our home was listed. She stayed on top of the closing process and we finalized the sale in 25 days.

As the Buyer agent for us, Kim was knowledgeable in matching us with a part of the city that suits our lifestyle and walking us through the challenges of a very tough buyers market.

Kimberly was introduced to us through a mutual friend while we were experiencing frustration attempting to purchase a house in the crazy San Diego market. Although we weren't convinced initially of what an agent could really do in this market especially with high offers and tight competition from other buyers (aside from offering more money for a home), Kimberly managed to highlight very quickly to us how critical working with a local agent is specifically leveraging the years of networking and relationships that are already in place.

It became very evident that Kimberly not only had a large network of fellow realtors she could always tap into for additional information but her vast knowledge about the areas we were considering calling home was a big factor in steering us towards our dream home. Her knowledge about the numerous homes that we looked at i.e. history, floorplans, schools, traffic, demographics, etc. was impressive and once again proved that working with a local in area agent is critical. What was also most apparent was that she always had our interests in mind as a priority and did not want us to purchase a home for the sake of purchasing a home or to settle for a lesser home especially as buyer fatigue set in.

Long story short...my family and i spent 6 months with Kimberly in which the end result could not be any better. We had not only a completed our dream home purchase but with Kimberly’s assistance, she also quickly turned around to sell our house as well. With how well of an experience we had with Kimberly a month into our home search, we knew that she was the right person to sell our current home. Her approach and strategy to selling a home and outlining the timeline after our purchase meant that no time was wasted between both transactions and top dollar was obtained for the sale. We literally were prepped and ready to have our home for sale on the market the same day our new home closed escrow. Although the entire process of buying and selling a home can be stressful, Kimberly was constantly available to provide advice and also very deftly navigated us through the selling and negotiation processes.

We were not an easy buyer, as I put Kim through a lot of extra steps to verify things about our property most buyers wouldn't bother with, and I had some unusual financing requirements; furthermore Kim stuck with us through several offers -- one which we backed out of due to inspection results, and another which we were not selected by the seller for, before we found our new home. The process was frustrating by its nature, but Kim was cheerful, helpful, and provided the same high level of service throughout the entire process.
