Kim is wonderful to work with and found us a long term rental (after she sold our main home !) very quickly in the neighborhood we wanted. The application process was simple and all done online so we were moving into the house in a week. She made sure that the home was in good condition and professionally cleaned before we moved in. We spent a lot of time researching rental homes with private owners, but feel more confident knowing we have a signed lease and professional management company to protect us and the owners. We haven't had any issues, but we know that if we need to request work we can enter a work order through the online portal. Thanks Kim.

She took over a property we had that was being managed very poorly and resolved all the issues that were pending. She is well versed on laws regarding rental properties and is kept us well informed on any upcoming law changes. I am from Canada and purchased a home in San Tan Valley, AZ. My property management representative Kim Ayers from Desert Masters Realty was very accommodating to all my needs for this rental property and was very efficient with any repairs or maintenance required to be completed at the home and managed all of the financial side as well. Kim Ayers with Desert Masters Realty has been managing my rental property for over a decade and cares for the property as if she owned it.
