Amazing property manager and realtor! Been with Kim for the past 10 years and she's always looked out for me and my best interests. I'm out of state due to being in the armed forces, and she's taken away a lot of stress that can come from not having "eyes on" a property when issues come up.

Finally decided to sell, got an extremely fair price on my house, and she helped me keep sane when we had issues with a neighbor and the seller.

When you mix great proficiency at your job with a super friendly personality, you have a keeper!
