We had a wonderful experience with Kimberly as our listing agent. She was very professional and knowledgeable about the market and how to list and show our home. She made suggestions to help us make a quick sale and had many professional contacts to help us achieve the improvements needed. Kim was always very positive and responded to each question promptly and professionally. She went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible. Even providing shoe covers to protect the new carpeting that was installed! She truly cared about our listing and was able to communicate with the buyers and their agent to make sure everything was done on a timely basis. I would recommend Kim as I found her to be trustworthy, reliable and loyal. She handled everything and took our stress away, it was a beautiful thing!
