Great experience with Kim.
She really listened to our needs of moving a family member from NY to CT and went out of her way to accommodate what we needed. Kim kept us abreast of all the elements and proceedings of getting the property bought. She referred us to several other people for titles and inspections and we were very happy with their help.
Kim is very kind, accommodating and really knows the market and real estate ins and outs.
We definitely recommend Kim for all your real estate needs. When we are ready to list our home Kim will definitely be our person.

Kim is a superstar realtor estate agent! She is extremely knowledgeable and ethical. I worked with her to find our dream home. She was extremely kind and patient, never giving up on finding us the right place, and was always fast to let us know of a new opportunity in the community we wanted to live in. It was a difficult process, as it was a competitive market, but she was with us every step of the way. She was extremely responsive, always answering our calls/texts within minutes, and went above and beyond by helping us secure some things that were inside the home that we wanted as part of the deal. All around, we had a wonderful experience with Kim and highly recommend her!

Kim listed my home in Trumbull. She was extremely professional and I must say, went above and beyond our expectations and the call of duty! Our home sold for a great price to great people! After reading a prior review that bashed all individuals in his transaction, I can only conclude that the “common denominator (client)” was the problem. It did give me a chuckle! I cannot recommend Kim enough! If you want the job done, call Kim!
