Kim is great! We worked together on investment property in Nokomis and she did an incredible job. It was not an easy transaction at all. Kim was there the entire way helping with contractors, insurance, permits, etc. I'm not sure if another agent could have kept everything moving along as well as she did. We somehow closed on time, even with all the issues that came up. If you're looking for a fantastic agent in the area who can get the job done, reach out to Kim Lingley. She is the best.

Kim was very helpful as we were selling a house for an estate and we were not on site throughout the entire process.
