You have Found the PERFECT Realtor!! If you are considering Kim Logan as your Realtor there's no need to look any further.

My family and I have known Kim for some time now. We met through another family in a setting other than real estate. Knowing her through association, we perceived, through her actions and conversation, that she was genuine, kind hearted and selfless. That paved the way in our decision making when we were in search of a Realtor.

Our situation, leading to our need to find a Realtor, was very unique. It was our first time buying a home. We are a family of 6 with pets and we were in a race against time to find the perfect home to accommodate us all. Kim worked tirelessly on our behalf. She was completely accessible to us as her clients, her response time was always prompt. She made sure we received the email listings of homes according to our needs, desires and location preferences. She would offer suggestions as well as research the homes we chose to view. She would schedule our visits to view the homes or meet us at open houses. She researched comps to make sure we considered fair and strong offers. And Kim and her team were always available to assist in having an offer ready when needed.

We viewed many homes, submitted offers on a few, but long story short we ended up purchasing the home we've lived in the last 10yrs. However, we had no idea that's where our home buying journey would lead us. The process of buying a home, in my opinion, is an intimate and invasive process. It is a very emotional process as well. There is not another soul on this earth that we would trust to lead and guide us through this process. Her work ethic is impeccable. Kim treated us with the fragility and understanding that we needed. She educated us on the process making sure we understood what was going on every step of the way. She patiently and eagerly answered our questions. She advocated for us as needed during contract negotiations as well as the lending process. She was never pushy and allowed us our space but she always checked in to make sure we were OK. She is not focused on "making a sell". Her priority is that her clients Win in the end. That the vision of the client is met. That the client finds exactly what they are looking for and feels 100% satisfied and at "home" in the end. After all the time she spent with us, helping us, working tirelessly on our behalf, she was willing to remove herself, from the equation, when the opportunity to purchase the home we lived in became a reality. But we wouldn't have it any other way than to have her by our side, to help us celebrate, when we signed off on our first home.

We are truly grateful and appreciative of Kim. She has been a pivotal part of our journey and is forever a part of our family.

I was referred to Kim Logan from one of my co workers that loved her work ethic . When I first her she made me feel like I was her only client . She was always a phone call away and willing to help when she could . I wasn’t able to get my house this year. But she still never left my side . She helped me find a place that I could rent out in the Laurel area. I’m definitely happy with my decision and so close to my Job . Although 2020-2021 was a crazy year . Even in the midst of the Covid requirements and stipulations in order to "visit" homes, Kim appeared completely prepared with masks, gloves and sanitizer and booties for the homes. She went above and beyond what is typical for anyone to do, she assisted me in my search at all hours; Kim alleviated any concerns I had, she was able to expeditiously and graciously assist me in finding a perfect home. This woman is a mighty force! I had circumstances requiring ASAP home purchase and it was done with time to spare. In every aspect she was a complete wonder. I could not have found this home without her determination! She was there for every and any need. Such a DIAMOND, an amazing person! This was not just a job for her, she has a true calling to help people!

Kimberly was the best during this whole process. I ended up going another way, but Kimberly never left my side. She took her time and educated me during each step . There was never a question I had that was too small for her. I never had to search for her. Day, nights, weekends, she was available for me. She has always had me and my family's best interest in mind, since the very beginning. Even with me moving out of state, she guided me every step of the way. When going though a major life decision, like buying a home. Kimberly is the best as they come.
