Kim is a proud graduate of Penn State University with a BS in Finance with honors. Prior to working in Real Estate, she worked as a Financial Analyst and Project Controller in the defense contract industry with IBM and SAIC. Kim has managed multi-million-dollar budgets and timelines, is extremely analytical, and just loves numbers!
Married with two sons, her favorite family pastimes include skiing, sailing, and enjoying the outdoor gifts that Southern California offers. Her 16 years in San Diego, 12 years living in the north county, have given Kim a unique perspective of the Southern California lifestyle.
Kim loves being a contributor in the community. She volunteers with her church, local high school sports, Habitat for Humanity, and mission trips to Nazareth Orphanage in Tecate, Mexico. One of her most favorite things about her office is that they regularly host food & toy drives and bring awareness to other charitable causes and fundraisers throughout the year!
