Kimberly Maffia

Kimberly Maffia is a Northern California native, born in Marin & raised in Petaluma. She was raised in a family of contractors that strongly believed in investing in local Real Estate teaching her early on the value of homeownership. Kimberly purchased her first home at age 22, a small fixer in Santa Rosa with an accessory dwelling unit. Despite her initial preference to buy a bigger, new home, her family influence had her buy that smaller home with a rental unit in a great location. Upon becoming a single parent later in life, Kimberly quickly saw the wisdom of having rental income. This extra household income played a critical financial role & assisted her to raise her two girls.

With her own experience in buying a fixer and being raised in a construction family, Kimberly has a natural eye for finding potential of homes. She loves nothing more than to find the “diamond in the rough” for her clients and is a strong advocate of properties with rental income. She has a keen aesthetic eye for knowing how to best present your home in order to get more in price.
