We would absolutely recommend the KimTim team to our family and friends. They were great to work with during the entire buying and selling process. Mike was very helpful and patient through our buying process as we submitted multiple offers over the course of a year and a half through the hot sellers’ market. Brett was excellent through negotiations. Both Mike and Brett were with us every step of the way which was extremely valuable as the seller was less than ideal and did not meet any minimal expectations of a seller. On our selling side, the team was able to help us put our house on the market quickly. Kim was superb to navigate us through multiple offers on our house. Overall, the KimTim team was always available with great response times and provided us with expert opinions. We are so thankful for all of their support as we bought and sold a house.

We had a good experience when it came to buying. However it’s been 3 years and they STILL send us annoying marketing. Like letters, emails and texts inviting to various events and ice cream socials. We were first-time sellers and very nervous as the market has been shifting fairly quickly recently. The KimTim Team worked with us to explain the selling process end-to-end, price our house appropriately to maximize our sale while also positioning us to move quickly, and was incredibly communicative throughout. While we are relocating away from the Cincinnati area, if we were to stay, the KimTim Team would be our go-to realtors for our next home purchase. They are professional without being stuffy or overly formal, which was really nice as we navigated this sale. I couldn't recommend them more. 5-stars all around!

When we bought our house 7 years ago the area of Oakley was in high demand. We looked at the house on Thursday & KimTeam helped us get there as our realtor couldn't show us the house, however, he did arrange for us to still see it that day. By Friday evening we were in contract and negotiated that the open house be canceled. We have enjoyed the annual fall events that they host for all of their clients.

The KimTimTeam went above and beyond my home buying and purchasing expectations. I used this team to help purchase my first home and enjoyed working with them so much that it was a no brainer when I chose to work with them again when it was time to sell that home and purchase my second home that I am in today. They are a small group of people and that allows you to feel as if you are working with family. They are very responsive to your needs and take all of your concerns into close consideration when negotiating during the home buying process. I worked with their associate, Brett Byington both times and highly recommend him. He was always a text away and did his best to quickly get me into a showing so that we didn’t miss out on a home we loved. I also love that they don’t forget about you once the buying/selling process is over. They are very good about keeping in contact with their clients and have customer appreciation events, send cards in the mail, etc. You can tell that they truly appreciate their client base and want to continue to build on that relationship. I first contacted Kim Mansfield and team when looking to purchase my first home. I had gone to high school with a team member who ultimately introduced me to the team, and through them, i found my first, perfect home. They took me to multiple showings, whatever house i wanted to view, no questions asked. They negotiated with the sellers to get a great deal for me and my family! I also worked with this team on preparing, staging, and selling this home back in 2016. They started the process by coming out to my house and assessing my home and listening to me, my situation, and what I needed done at the time. I was involved in major changes in my life which included, prepping/staging a house to be put on the market, a fast my approaching baby due date, changing jobs, and moving to a different city. They sent personnel to the house to give ideas on staging and taking perfect pictures that reflected the beauty of the house. They marketed the house a great deal which got the word out and my house SOLD the FIRST DAY on the market! They were able to negotiate the multiple offers and help pick which was best case scenario for me as well as negotiate with the buyers on move out dates, etc to accommodate my personal life. When we got ready to list our home for sale our first move was to check with Dave Ramsey's "Endorsed Local Providers." We got a prompt call from Kim Mansfield and set an appointment to meet. We were impressed at our first meeting with how much homework had been done prior to our visit. After a couple of days to "mull" it over , we made our choice and chose the "Kim Tim Team." We understood from the presentation that we would be hiring an entire team but had no idea how far reaching that was. In a couple of days we had an extensive visit from a professional "stager" who analyzed every inch of our property and offered advice on how to present our home for sale. She sent us a room by room printed analysis with a to-do list for each area. We chose to follow her counsel even if we didn't understand or disagreed. Next was the photo/videographer who in addition to still shots created a 3D video of our home where prospective buyers could stroll through a "dollhouse" view completely online. This feature was amazing! We listed on a day that is research proven as the best day to list and had multiple showings and a solid offer within twenty-four hours. After we accepted the offer we were handed off to another team member who specializes in closing. He expertly guided us through every step of the process and made the entire experience a delight. Every member of the Kim Tim Team was professional. knowledgeable and courteous. The best part is that we got the entire team of specialized experts for a commission rate that was lower than most of the competition. From the initial Dave Ramsey referral to the final check we were pleased with every step of the process. We had a great experience with KTT. Our home was a custom-built 2 story on a lake in a rural area so it was a tough sell. Kim, Tim, and Brett stuck with us and provided guidance during this time.
