We were living in New York and were referred to Kimi to help us find a home in the villages. The first phone call with her I knew she was going to be great. We told her what we were looking for and she immediately starting sending over homes for us to look at that were exactly what we told her we wanted. We bought a home unseen until the walk thru. She makes you feel so comfortable and is so knowledgeable we had no reservations doing it virtually. When we finally met her I just had to hug her as she made our dreams come true so easily. BEST realtor ever!!

My husband and I decided to buy our first home during Covid, the process took over a YEAR with our builders because of lack of workers and not being able to get the correct product needed to build, Kimberly kept us informed of everything we needed to know and checked in with us very often, she went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and answered the MANY questions we had being it was our first home. She is still even checking in with us well after closing to make sure everything is going good and we have no issues with our brand new home. I could not have asked for a better realtor, she really is so compassionate, caring and kind which is exactly what we needed. I will forever recommend Kimberly to ANYONE I know looking for a home or selling. Kimberly doesn’t make you feel like just a client and she’s working, we felt as if a friend was helping us with obtaining our dream home, and you can truly tell that this is her passion, not just a job. Kimberly (Kimi) was fantastic to work with. We wanted to rent for a year in Del Webb Spruce Creek to be sure we would like the atmosphere before we purchased. Kimi gave us some tips on finding a rental, and later on, even agreed to show us some houses that were for sale knowing we were still looking for a rental.
We liked the community so much that we decided to forgo renting, and immediately submitted an offer on the second place we looked at (we had been watching the market in Del Webb for the past 4 months, so we knew the house was a good price). Deal was done in 24 hours. Kimi was willing to do a couple of errands we needed handled, so we would not have to make the 4 hour trip to handle ourselves.
This was a quick and fairly easy deal, but I have no doubt larger and more complex deals would go just as smoothly with Kimi representing your side of the deal.

Kim has done an excellent job helping us find exactly what we were looking for in a home! We did everything through her distantly - we were in Colorado and she previewed houses for us in Florida taking videos, pictures and answering every question - no matter how silly it was! We bought a house sight unseen by us - only to Kim - and when we got to Florida to close on the home we were greatly pleased with the home and all the hard work Kim put into the purchase for us. I would highly recommend Kim as a realtor to anyone, anywhere looking for a home in Florida!

This lady is so amazing! We just moved to Summerfield Florida from Wisconsin. We bought a house through Kimberly sight unseen. Thing is, we didn't bat an eye, she was so awesome! She connected us with an inspection company, went to the house numerous times to take pics and answer our questions. Handled all of the paperwork work electronically and even went to the house and did a video walk through with us before we signed for our closing. I highly recommend her to anybody wanting to buy a house in Mid Florida! ❤️❤️❤️

Kim McElroy is an amazing realtor. We purchased our home in The Villages long distance. She was our go to for everything and was with us every step of the way. Kim never tired of our many phone calls and was always ready to help us out no matter what we needed. Since we purchased the home long distance, she made many trips to the home to make sure we were satisfied with everything. I don’t know how we would have gotten thru everything without her.

We had such a great experience with Kimmie. She was awesome in every way! We talked on the phone several times before we visited Florida so she knew exactly what we were looking for. She spent 2 days looking at all the properties that we wanted to see. We finally settled on our dream house choosing one of her picks based on what she knew about us and the real estate market. We always felt that we were in the drivers seat and were never pushed in any particular direction from her. I felt she worked very hard to get us the best deal even though she didn't make as much commission as she would have if we had chosen a higher priced home. She is a dedicated, trustworthy professional who is excellent at her job. She never complained even when we changed our mind after writing a first contract. We love Kimmie and she gets our highest regard and recommendation.

Kimi was most professional and went above and beyond what we expected. We were out of state and never physically met, but she made the selling experience easy. She hung a wreath on the door to show the home and even provided some furniture to ensure people had places to sit. I'm a Clevelander and have had my sights set on buying in Florida for a very long time. About 1.5 years ago, I started my searching process for my Florida home. Low and behold; was introduced to Kimi McElroy via a Trulia home sale. Kimi became my trusted Florida ears and eyes; had my best interest in mind. She was kind, helpful and very knowledgeable. And let me tell you, if she didn't know something...she sought it out for me. Finally, in February 2019; I had the pleasure of meeting Kimi face to face. I was in Summerfield Fl visiting and noticed a couple of homes and because the realtor that was assigned to the home could NOT meet me; I called on Kimi ... she was there in a heartbeat.
