I would like to express my appreciation for the hard work and patience that Kim Porter showed during the selling of our home. She spent the time and effort to understand where we were coming from and what our needs would be in a new home. Her patience is amazing, when we looked at some dud homes she pointed out the good and reminded us what our focus was, when we got sidetracked she stayed grounded and guided us back to center, when we ran into issues with our buyer she coached us thru the entire thing, just like the professional she is. Kim is friendly, personable, punctual, knowledgeable and patient. We can’t thank her enough for helping us out and look forward to working with her on the sale of my dads home. 5 star rating all the way!!!

Kimberly Porter has assisted my family not only on the sale of my moms house but has also aided us in purchasing the right home for her. She is so personable that she remember how important “Grandma Camp”.was to her that she learned all the names of my moms 13 grandkids and day of closed purchased her a throw blanket with all their names on it. On top of that a few months later she found the perfect 1st home for my son.Kimberly is very dedicated to her love of this business. She takes her time researching the area your interested in, listening to all your requests and finding the right match. She is professional, compassionate and knows the facts while keeping you of in the know of pertinent information. She is such a joy to work with. She comes very highly recommended.
