In 2006 I found an ad in Mother Earth News for a cabin on 70 acres in Westcliffe, Colorado. My first question was 'Where in the world is Westcliffe, Colorado?' Soon I had the answer, and have been living here beneath the magnificent Sangre de Cristo Mountains ever since! Besides the awe-inspiring views, mountains, outdoor life, sunsets, and wildlife, is the community itself. All bring about the true pleasure of living in this diverse, rural community full of dirt roads and few big chain anything! High mountain living opens a whole new world to many. When arriving here I helped establish recycling programs in the valley, helped to support our local gyms, and was active on several boards. Previously licensed in Indiana, I reciprocated my real estate license with Colorado, gained my GRI designation, and proceeded to introduce others to this glorious way of life. Previously a RE/MAX agent, I ventured out on my own to create and establish Summit & Main Realty Group, and have recently been joined by my son Mike, and daughter Raven as Brokers in the office.
