Kimberly is an innovative and seasoned business leader. Prior to joining Hardy Realty, she most recently worked as a Marketing Consultant for a local school and significantly improved the school’s community visibility, recruitment initiatives, and development results. She also served as Regional Director and Assistant Vice President with Allmerica Financial, a Fortune 500 company, where she was responsible for operations in 36 states as well as a regional service (“Hub”) center in Atlanta. Prior to that, she led numerous engagements involving reorganization initiatives, most notably the transition of AT&T and Lucent, as a consultant with PriceWaterhouseCoopers. She also has management and marketing experience stemming from being a business owner/entrepreneur of Prusakowski State Farm Insurance, LLC and Ragamuffins Children’s Boutique and early in her career, as a supervisor and trainer with State Farm Insurance Company.
Kimberly is a 1990 graduate of the University of Georgia with a BBA in Finance and a 2011 graduate of Kennesaw State University with a Master in Business Administration. She holds more than a dozen designations in the financial, insurance and marketing professions as continued education has always been a major priority for her. Most recently, she obtained her Georgia Real Estate License and is currently pursuing continued education in the residential and commercial real estate fields. She is a member of the Greater Rome Board of Realtors, Georgia Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and Leading Real Estate Companies of the World.
Kimberly is an active volunteer in our community. She serves as an advisor and marketing consultant for the St. Mary’s School and Darlington School Auctions as well as the Chieftain’s Museum Low Country Boil and Auction. She is a board member and Treasurer Elect of the Historic Desoto Theater Foundation. She also volunteers her time at St. Mary’s School and Darlington School where her children attend. Additionally, Kimberly is a member and past Vice President of the Seven Hills Garden Club where she is currently serving on the Library Garden Committee which raises money to maintain the gardens behind our local library.
