Kimberly is a third-generation real estate
professional originally from Long Island, New
York. Kimberly has been a commi ed and reliable
owner and manager of multiple properties for over
twenty years. Kimberly learned the business  rst
hand from both her parents and grandparents
through their developing and contracting
businesses in New York City. She relocated her
family from New York to Del Mar and understands
intimately the needs of families who relocate.

Kimberly earned a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts in
Design Graphics from the New York Institute of
Technology in Old Westbury, New York with an
emphasis on architecture, interior design, and
project management.
She went onto work for a well-known interior
designer in Manha an as well as her family’s
general contracting business. She brought her
fast-paced work ethic to her job at a Department
of Defense general contractor in Carlsbad
administering multi-million dollar projects. Having
applied these skills as a landlord and real-estate
investor for many years, she is now commi ed
to working with her customers as a real estate
professional with skill and integrity.
A long-time sailor, skier, and equestrian, Kimberly
is very familiar with multiple waterfront, mountain,
equine and other unique properties. Kimberly is
commi ed to helping customers  nd just the right
property they’re looking for whether it be buying,
selling, investing, renting or relocating
