Since becoming a Licensed Sales Associate in 1989, Kimberly has achieved major accomplishments in her profession. She is President of Triod, Inc., also known as Clermont Commercial Storage (since 1992), and is a partner of the real estate investment groups, White Pines Developer, LLC & Kimberly Schiela, LLC.
In addition to 18 years experience selling real estate, Kimberly has also displayed her keen sense of leadership with responsible involvement in many business organizations. She is the Founder of WON (Women Only Network), Director of the Dennis Township Chamber of Commerce (2003-present), President of the Dennis Township Chamber of Commerce (2005-present), Director, Cape May County Board of Directors for the CMC Board of Realtors (2006, 2007) and Co-Chair of the Community Service Committee of the Cape May County Board of Realtors. Kimberly is a member of the BU Alumni Club, (Philadelphia Chapter), and a Registered Member of the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR), which is dedicated to keeping America strong by promoting patriotism, preserving US History and supporting education programs.
Kimberly is a life-long resident of Avalon and Dennis Township. She has been married for 8 years, and has a 6 year old son.
