Kimberly Shepherd

Roseville resident Kimberly Shepherd is a third generation Realtor® and developed a passion for the profession at an early age. Originally, Kimberly joined the industry on the lending side of the business, where she worked for five years before becoming an agent in 2017. Working as a full-time real estate agent, Kimberly now teams up with her husband to form an experienced and formidable real estate team.

Since becoming an agent, Kimberly has earned accolades and was awarded membership in the master’s Club 2018 for those who have earned a level of excellence within real estate. Kimberly prides herself on putting her clients’ needs first and ensuring each transaction goes as smoothly as possible. To achieve this, she leverages her years of lending experience, which enables her to anticipate lenders’ needs and find solutions to problems before they arise.

Kimberly’s creative thinking and knowledge of how both sides of real estate transactions work helps her, as well as her clients, stay ahead of any potential snags throughout the entire buying or selling process. Kimberly works hard to ensure her clients – from first-time homebuyers to families searching for a larger place, to retirees looking to downsize – have a positive experience while finding their dream space.

The mother of three approaches each transaction with integrity and honesty — attributes that translate into her off-time activities such as volunteering at her children’s school and at her church. When she is not helping within her community, Kimberly enjoys crafting and shopping or spending time outdoors with her family.
