Kimberly Tomlinson

Kimberly Tomlinson has made south Tulsa her home for over three decades now, but the first part of her life was spent near the jungles of the Amazon rainforest, a then-colony owned by the Netherlands called Suriname. "I guess you could say I'm a Dutch-speaking South American with Oklahoma roots!" Kimberly says. She relocated to the United States to attend Oral Roberts University where she received her Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education.

Before entering the real estate field in 2017, Kimberly worked as an elementary school teacher, in several entrepreneurial endeavors, and the children’s ministry as Preschool Director and Elementary Curriculum Director. But it was her experience working as a designer in new home construction that led her to the decision to become a realtor. “I began my real estate career by way of design, working in new construction, making design selections and preparing homes for market,” Kimberly says. “I found myself connecting with clients for just a brief period of time and had a desire to be a trusted part of their experience from start to finish.”

Known for diplomacy, integrity, and professionalism, Kimberly brings excellent attention to detail to her real estate business. She excels at educating her clients throughout the entire real estate process, helping to ensure their experience goes above and beyond their expectations. “My background in design helps me stage and prepare my seller’s home for the market before listing,” Kimberly explains. “It also benefits my buyers with existing home options as well as with new construction design selections.”

A consistent top producing agent, Kimberly is the recipient of the Exclusivity Award. As a full-service agent, she is familiar with residential listings in Tulsa, Broken Arrow, Glenpool, Jenks, Owasso, Sapulpa, Sand Springs, and Bixby, where she currently lives. When not working, she loves traveling to new places around the world and being active outdoors. A self-described foodie and recent empty nester, she enjoys exploring local restaurants with her husband of 23 years.
