This was an insanely quick turnaround process for us because we weren’t preparing our house to go on the market, this “too good to be true” deal just kind of came up in a tough market. Kim went above and beyond for us. She encouraged us without pressuring us to put in an offer on the place, made sure we felt comfortable, and got us an awesome deal. Kim is a strong, knowledgeable person to have on your team through a complicated process. She is well-respected and it shows through her colleagues that helped us along the way too. She is very organized and always made sure to follow up with us before, during, and even after the move. She made sure we fully understood everything, was patient with our questions, and handled any negotiations with a confidence you would want in someone involved in such a huge financial decision. She was referred to us by a good friend who had similar things to say. Now we can’t say enough great things about her either!

If I could give Kim 10 stars I would. She is absolutely the best real estate agent I could ever ask for. What started out as business relationship has turned into a lifelong friendship. She goes above and beyond to find you the perfect house.
