Kimberly Zitting

If we haven't met yet, I am the one usually running on high energy, a good cup of coffee, and a big smile. My name is Kimberly Zitting, and I am a proud part of The Anderson Real Estate Group. I’ve been licensed in Georgia since 2013 and expanded into Alabama in 2024, and I lead with a servant heart in everything I do.

Born and raised in Carroll County, I have called Coweta home for years. Establishing roots gives me a deep understanding of the communities I serve. My friends and clients describe me as steady and loyal, but also social and fun. I am a firm believer that real estate should be an enjoyable experience, even when we are working through the hard details.

When I am not at the closing table or leading role-play at my office, you will most likely find me at a ball field or a gym. My daughter keeps me on my toes, she spent six years in competition cheer, and now we’ve traded the mats for softball, sideline cheer, and flag football. I’ve learned that whether you’re on the field or at the negotiating table, it takes determination and a great team to win.
