Kinney has been a leasing agent for my rental property for 18+ years. He’s there for you from prepping to leasing out your rental. It’s a stress-free process with him. He dedicates as much time to the rental as he would to selling a house even though the commission is not as much. He’s professional, reliable and always go the extra mile. I never consider switching an agent every time my property is up for leasing again. I'd highly recommend him.

Our family has used the real estate service of Kinney Yong for more than twenty years.
