Kip is an Oregonian- born in Corvallis, graduated high school in Salem, University grad in Eugene. He owned a construction company in Portland, and a real estate company in Bend. Growing up and working on his grandfather’s farm in Monmouth instilled a powerful work ethic in him, which included the importance of saying what he means, and meaning what he says.
After graduating from the University of Oregon with a degree in music, Kip traveled to Japan and experienced one of the defining moments of his life. He trekked on foot with my closest childhood friend along a Buddhist pilgrim’s trail, which has been walked by other pilgrims for over 1200 years. Kip discovered the simplicity of being present in this moment. Putting one foot in front of the other, in a foreign land, over 750 miles will do that to you. It has been almost 24 years since his adventure, but he still carries with him the sights, sounds, smells, and profound lessons of that journey.
It is with his attention on this moment that I focus my intent on the needs and best interests of his clients. Combining this with over 25 years of real estate and construction experience, he strives to provide the most ethical and highest level of service to each of their clients.
