Overall, our experience with Sandbar Realty was very positive.
-very attentive- listened to our wants/needs
-appreciated the honesty when looking at properties together. (pointed out concerns if any- didn't want to just sell us something)
-quick to respond via email, phone, texts
-Appreciated the email updates that were set up so we could watch the market and research certain areas- this was instrumental as we needed to make a quick decision
-high level of knowledge regarding different neighborhoods and what was close by for shopping, golf, etc.
-FUN! You guys were fun to work with!

Kira and her team were great! I was selling my house and due to personal circumstances, my moving date was uncertain. Kira presented me with a variety of options and clearly explained the pros and cons to each option. She proactively communicated any updates. Most importantly, when funding was down to wire, Kira became a PI worthy of working for the FBI, and found the missing document, enabling the last step of the process to move forward, and got me my money in time! The process of buying and selling a home is stressful, do yourself a favor and go with a team that makes it easy and delivers on their promises.

Wow, I don’t even know how to begin this review. Backstory: my husband and I put our house on the market, it sold that day... we were NOT ready for that. Our new house has just begun the building phase. So my family of five and two dogs were essentially homeless. We packed up everything in storages, boarded our dogs and stayed with a friend. After trying and trying myself from sunrise to sunset with absolutely no luck, I took a shot and called Sandbar Realty. The first conversation I had with Kira, I hung up and felt like I took my first breath in a long time. She was on it. She literally took the reigns from me and assured me that I could relax and she’ll handle it, And she did. I mean, through the weekend at NIGHTS and even through Sunday, she was asking questions, contacting everyone she knew and keeping in touch with me about EVERYTHING, I never had to wonder if she forgot about us. In three days Kira and her team put us in a home with EVERY. SINGLE. REQUEST we asked for. I’m talking room, yard, price, neighborhood, they found it!!! We never had to raise our price, in fact we came out UNDER budget!! It just goes to show you NO job is to large or to small for her, she makes you feel like her number one priority. When she called and said “I found it” we were in tears! Thank you, thank you, thank you Kira and team you are a true blessing!!

The Kira Sikes Group went above and beyond in guiding me through the condo purchase process. After exploring several condos while getting my feet wet and being extremely responsive, accomodating and flexible, we found the place that was just right for me (location, price, floor plan, garage, amenities, etc...) in a market that was crazy fast from listings to under contract. After under contract, and overcoming a few bumps in the road through the lending process, we closed in record time without issue! I can't wait to fully move in this weekend and get settled in.
