Kirk is the best relator!!! Really he is so much more than just a relator. He is so knowledgeable about all things home - from remodeling advise to checking out all issues before placing an offer. He also was so kind and thoughtful to us throughout the process. This was our first time buying a home, and we had many questions that he never hesitated to answer. I am so grateful we had an expert with us for the whole process. I would recommend working with Kirk to anyone interested in buying/selling property. He truly is the best in the field!

We have known and worked with Kirk many years. We just moved into a new build on March 22, 2021 in San Tan Valley. In this challenging market, Kirk located many homes for us to see last November. Our recent move is the fruit of HIS LABOR in our behalf. He was always available, checked on the construction weekly, sent photos, called with any updates, was there for the walk through, signing of the papers and helped with our wire transfer of funds like a guardian angel. Showed up when we got our keys and celebrated along with us. His educational background and mortgage experience enables him to answer all questions and look for answers to ones he isn't familiar with. The real test is, would I recommend him? ABSOLUTELY! 100%, without hesitation. Do yourself a favor, use Kirk for both your buying and selling needs. We have for both scenarios. Can't see using anyone else in the future. Renee

Kirk is probably the most knowledgeable, professional, and level headed real estate agents you will ever meet. 10/10 would definitely recommend!!!
We found him through a friend and he helped us buy our first house in 2018. Then out of the blue, we decided to sell our house and buy our dream home during COVID. It was super fast and totally unexpected, but Kirk made it happen! He worked so hard and sold our house in less than 24 hours and got us into our beautiful new home! I seriously can't recommend him enough! He is basically a part of our family now and we will ALWAYS use him as our agent in the future- although I don't see us buying a new house any time soon!

Kirk helped my significant other and I find a place that was perfect for us! He steered us away from places that were not the right fit. For example, properties with cracked foundations, any "lipstick on a pig" type renovations, and locations that had some safety concerns. It took a while but Kirk was helping us every step of the way. He wasn't just looking to sell a house. He made sure that we found a home. Even after the purchase, he made sure we settled and was kind enough to give us a welcome home gift. He is someone who goes above and beyond to take care of his clients. His integrity, knowledge, and kind personality are just incredible. I would recommend Kirk to any and all future home buyers.

Kirk was so knowledgeable about the market, a strong negotiator, great communicator, patient, and always available to show us homes. Kirk is exactly who you need if you are planning to buy or sell a home. He was prompt to respond by text or phone call anytime we had questions or concerns. He was so knowledgeable about the real estate market, did all his research on potential homes and was always willing to go an extra mile. Kirk was also very helpful in helping us find contractors for all jobs around the house. Kirk understood our requirements for purchasing a home- and gave us some great ideas in that direction. He went at our pace, which is not always the case when making a big purchase. He is extremely calm and committed and works with great integrity. He patiently handled all our documentation and paperwork. Kirk made our buying and selling experience very smooth and efficient. He ensured that we kept our eye on the ball to avoid emotional decisions.

Kirk Despain is a Rock Star Realtor! He is really on top of his game! He's honest, smart, thorough, and really knows the market. I've worked with many professionals over the years and he is hands down the best!

He recently helped me sell my home. There were multiple offers on the table and he helped weed out the best one. There were a couple issues along the way during closing and Kirk negotiated with the buyers to reach a solid win-win outcome.

Not only was he very patient with us as first time home buyers, he was also very knowledgeable on every dimension of the home-buying process - from mortgages and budgeting, to electrical wiring and neighborhoods. Kirk is nothing short of amazing. Kirk helped my fiancée and I find our first home during a pandemic. From our initial meeting to get to know each other to the closing day, he ways there for us.
