Kirk, Thank you so much for going above and beyond for us. I was stressed because we were buying a house in Arizona while still living in Utah... But, Kirk did literally everything for us while we were in Utah so we could have this new amazing home in Arizona! All the way down to getting the perfect contractors to make the home exactly how we want it to move in when we get there. Thank you ... thank you... thank you! This was, by far, the best experience I have ever had purchasing a home. I had to relocate to Scottsdale, AZ from out of state, and as you can imagine, not being able to always be local for the process could be extra stressful. However, Kirk truly went out of his way to make sure that this home buying experience was actually enjoyable! One thing I really appreciated is how quickly he responded to any email, call or text I sent him...from my first contact with him to the day I closed! (even now he checks in to make sure all is well.) I also appreciated how he listened carefully to what my must haves were and efficiently found several homes that met my wish list (which was great because time was of the essence for me.) When it was time to make an offer, his research on comps in the area and feedback was very helpful as my offer was accepted 12% UNDER asking price! Needless to say, he was an incredible negotiator and I truly felt like he had my best interest at heart. His team was also very amazing to work with, and I did choose to use his lender who worked creatively to get me the best rate possible. All in all, it was a top notch experience and I would highly recommend Kirk to anyone looking to purchase a home in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. Emily B - 2/24/17

Kirk is knowledgeable, honest, fun, professional and extremely thorough. Kirk listened to exactly what I was needing and wanting in a home and delivered on the first home he took me to! He gave me wonderful advice throughout the offer and negotiating process. His negotiating skills are incredible and I was thrilled with the outcome! Working with him and The Lauren Rosin team was extremely easy and I was made to feel like I was their only client with immediate responses Kirk not only helped with the purchase of my home but also with the best referrals to make everything complete: moving company, security system, etc. He went above and beyond the call of duty. I would like to take this opportunity to write this letter regarding the wonderful experience my wife, Lori, and I enjoyed while working with Kirk Linehan on, not only the purchase of home in Scottsdale, but also becoming friends.  He helped us navigate the new contracts and agreements and did so in a most pleasant, patient and professional manner.  I really don't know how I could have pulled it off without all of the extra help he gave us.   Kirk was very fair and responsive. Besides all of that, he is fun to work with.  We lived in Utah and moved to Arizona, so there were times where things needed to happen at the home we purchased in Arizona while we were out of town... well, Kirk went to the house and did anything that we needed. He even went as far as waiting for the water company for a 4 hour window, just to ensure that our water got turned on.  If you are looking for a real estate expert, especially in the Scottsdale area, you could not do better.  Kirk not only knows the market, but negotiates strongly for his side, anticipates problems before they can occur, and never takes his eye off the ball.  If you have any questions about anything I have stated, please don't hesitate to contact me.  You will enjoy working with Kirk.  Lori and I certainly did.

We just bought and sold a house both through Kirk simultaneously. That is a difficult process that Kirk made simple for real estate novices. I don't believe we could have done this with another agent, nor would we want to moving forward. Kirk's ability to personalize and maintain the professionalism needed to be our true advocate was something I did not believe could be done after an experience with another realtor. I recently had to purchase a home a year before I had planned. My mortgage lender put me in touch with Kirk, which proved to be a godsend. Kirk met with me and my husband and showed us 10 homes in k e day. As luck would have it we did not buy one of those homes. We did find a bank owned home my husband fell in love with. Kirk cautioned us on the hurdles we would have to encounter with this type of purchase. However, we put in the offer and it was accepted. That was the easy part. We had to meet several criteria of the bank and title company. At each juncture, I was frantic but Kirk was a sounding board of reason and reassurance. Finally we closed in the house and Kirk was there to walk us in as homeowner's for the first time in the house. We could have not done this without the guidance and patience of Kirk.
