Kirk McCarville

Pinal County Specialist Kirk P. McCarville, CCIM oversees all land transactions for Land Advisors Organization in the Casa Grande area. He specializes in industrial and commercial site selection, as well as agricultural property.

A lifelong resident of Pinal County with more than 42 years’ experience in the real estate industry, Kirk has developed deep market insight and transactional expertise. Among his major clients are Salt River Project, Walmart (distribution centers), Bridgestone Corporation, LKQ Corporation, Lucid Motors, Air Products, Kohler, and Chang Chun Petrochemical Group.

After obtaining his broker’s license in 1985, Kirk founded McCarville Realty and investments. In 2007, the firm merged with Land Advisors Organization.

Kirk has served on numerous boards and commissions in Casa Grande including the Casa Grande City Council, where his peers appointed him vice-mayor twice. He is vice chairman of the Casa Grande Industrial Development Authority.

He is a founding member of the Casa Grande Boys and Girls Club, Casa Grande Main Street and Ride for the Warrior—a local non-profit that raises money for Pinal County veterans.

Kirk earned a Bachelor of Science degree in agronomy from Mississippi State University in 1980.
