She is extremely knowledgeable about market conditions, tips on showings, and is always available to answer any questions about the process. I Highly recommend Klaudia Marian to anyone who needs to sell their home quickly and efficiently. I had previously listed my condo with another agent for 8 months. Klaudia sold it in 1 week! She made the listing sparkle and also advised me on how to spruce up my place, it was not in great shape after 8 months of unsuccessful showings with a different agent. She always made herself available to fit my hectic schedule and was really easy to work with. I found Klaudia to be very thorough and responsive in regards to the whole closing process. She helped me understand and complete each step. I commented several times on her professionalism throughout this process. She also recomended a great repair person for needed repairs after inspection and even dropped off the needed receipts with the buyers legal team. Klaudia is knowledgeable and Veeery thorough! The buyers legal team also commented on how easy Klaudia was to work on. I felt she really cared for my best interests and it was great to have an experienced ally help me through this process.
