We met Klaudio at an open house while searching for our third home. After speaking with him for only a few minutes, it was evident that he is knowledgeable and experienced realtor. Klaudio was patient and thorough and gave us his honest opinion & feedback during price negotiations. He was always there to answer our call when we needed advice, guidance or reassurance.

Klaudio was a great REALTOR and felt more like a family member. It took me about 3 months to find my dream home. He worked with me every step of the way showing me homes, talking me through the home buying process and I couldn’t have asked for a better REALTOR . As a first time homebuyer, Klaudio made the process very simple and straightforward. He was very attentive to what I wanted out of the house and ensured I was satisfied with my purchase. I never had to ask for any updates, as he was very prompt to inform me about changes in the house/paperwork. Overall, he made the process very stress-free contrary to what most say about home buying.
