We were very happy to work with Komal and her team. Komal is a very good professional, understood our requirements and answered so many questions in getting to know the details of purchasing home.

We were working with Komal for the last 3 months. With this tough seller market, we couldn’t close the deal couple of times, but each time, we discussed as a team, what went wrong, Komal offered very good suggestions and guided us to close the home finally.
Komal is a great negotiator, has great expertise in the real estate market.

Komal offers one stop shopping experience for home buying, has arranged everything (inspection, loan, home insurance) in securing the deal with affordable costs.

Completely professional and friendly..! Komal has helped us in every step of the home buying process, starting from finding homes, setting home alerts, showings, contracts, forms, negotiation & also helping with inspections, appraisals, understanding surrounding communities, near by schools etc. Also, her network/team is on-top of it in every step and every time. Special thanks to Shalini, Kapil and a few. Really enjoyed working with her. She is definitely a 5 star real estate agent or i can say one of the best real estate agents in and around Miami and Palm Beach areas.

Even though it took almost 5 months for us to close on a property in this market, she was always responsive, never hesitant, always ready for showings even in her busy schedules, never worried about dropping contracts. Finally her expertise on the real estate market and negotiation skills helped us to get to a good deal though.

I was referred by a colleague and there from she has patiently understood our requirements, guided us through our search and educated us on all the communities in near by areas. Amazing grasp of all the real estate in the Coral springs, Weston, Park land, Boca, Boynton beach, wellington and surrounding area. From schools to restaurants to types of homes. Not only knows end to end of how a home should be, she can also envision how a home can be converted after the sale. Really enjoyed working with her, handled everything extremely professional but warmly as well. We will actually miss working with her!!

I wanted to invest in real estate and this was my first experience. Komal Understood my requirements right away and help me make a plan based on my budget, location and interest. It did not take much before the deal was closed. She not only helped me get the best negotiations from the seller, she also helped me get the best interest rate for the financing. Since I was remote and could not travel due to Covid, she helped me make the whole experience seamless and kept me up to date on every move. I highly recommend Komal for finding the best house for yourself and I will be looking forward to invest with her again in future.

She was intuitive and after a short zoom call from states away, knew what we were looking for. Komal was willing to spend time with us to get to know our preferences, and sent us houses online to narrow our search. After 2 days of physically looking at homes, we were able to find our dream home!
