Kotera was Awesome! We reached out to her on a Sunday night through Instagram. We had previously worked with two other realtors and after 7 months of searching were tired and frustrated.
We had decided to give it one more shot and then we would throw in the towel. So we decided to try Kotera. I believe it was her birthday and she still responded by leaving her telephone number for us to call. We called 2 days later, and we could here the genuine excitement in her voice. She asked us what kind of home we were looking for, number of bedrooms, amenities, etc. Before we got off the call Kotera set us up on a group messaging thread with her teammates, whom quickly welcomed us. She even setup home listings for us to receive through our emails.
The very next day, Wednesday, my husband saw a place so I reached out to Kotera and she setup a viewing for that evening. Once we viewed the house, we decided that we would pass. So as we stood there, Kotera immediately pulled out her phone and asked if we wanted to try to view some other properties in the area. It was a good thing she said that because my husband saw a property that was listed 30 minutes ago and it was near where we already lived. Kotera setup the viewing and we made our way there. Once we arrived, the realtor for the property was no longer responding so we called it a night. Kotera promised that she would keep trying to reach out. Before we made it home, Kotera called us to say we had an appointment to view the house on Friday. We were excited because we had been looking in the area but everything was selling so fast or out of our range.
Friday finally came, and the home was everything and more. We were expecting just a 3 bedroom home with a basement. It turned out to be 3 bedrooms with a 2 bedroom basement! We stepped out on Faith, and put in an offer. We knew others had come to view the house and didn't want to miss this opportunity. We were concerned that we didn't have much range to work with to make a generous offer. Kotera decided to look at the property tax and saw that it was much lower than our pre-approval. She quickly got on the phone with the loan officer, who should have been just boarding a flight. The loan officer picked up the phone and worked her numbers. She gave us the green light to offer more so we did.
Saturday afternoon, Kotera called us to say our offer had been accepted. We were so happy! In less than a week we had started working with Kotera and had found a house. Unbelievable! And the rest is history! I was very impressed with her professionalism, availability, and punctuality. Kotera is very attentive to your needs/wants, and a quick thinker. When we viewed the houses, she made sure that she checked dates on boilers and hot water tanks, looked for gaps between the dry wall and the flooring, uneven flooring, water pressure, doors, and more. She definitely a hands on realtor, that gets the job done! Thanks for Everything, Kotera The Closer!!
