We bought our first home with Kris back in 2017 and were grateful for his help back then and most recently with the sale of our current home and purchase of our new home in this hot market. Kris and his son, Mikail, were very patient and helpful throughout the process of sale, offer, purchase and close of escrow of both of our homes. The team helped us with mold and termite remediation and made sure we closed on time. We are very happy with our new home and would work with Kris and Mikail again should we consider selling and buying again.

Where do I start when it come to Kris!!! My wife and I wanted to purchase our first home but had no idea where to start. I took to some random website and somehow tumbled across Kris’s profile. I contacted him and he was extremely responsive and if my memory serves correctly I wanted to see a place the same day and he delivered! I was really impressed with his ability to make us feel like family. As I mentioned we had no idea what we were doing, Kris was patient and explained everything we needed to known in order to well informed. So many times we wanted to just give up but Kris never gave up on us our our home dreams. It was at least two year before we found a home we were satisfied with for our starter home. Kris worked really hard to get us the house out of the almost 30 people bidding for it! So fortunate to have had Kris and would highly recommend him to anyone! Thank you Kris!

I met Kris initially to show me a few Long Beach condo properties. I really wasn’t sure what I wanted but he educated me along the way of pros and cons regarding my search.. With luck We found a great place but we had several challenges that extended the acquisition for months. He stuck by me with support, additional viewings, and positive encouragement. Not once did I feel pressure to just get a place snd settle for 2nd best. Kris knew there was a perfect home match to be found. At times I felt I’d never find home but Kris never lost faith in our search together. And… sure enough we found the best place to call home.
