We did not buy a home from Krissia, but rather she acted to help coordinate our move out from a rental, which was managed by a property management company. We have nothing but good things to say about her! She was very responsive, knowledgeable, and honest. She made the process 100% easier than dealing with the property management company directly. Where do I begin? Krissia Pena has so many amazing qualities that really do check off everything a relator should have! She is honest, very knowledgeable, has amazing communication skills, and always has your best interest at heart. Krissia Peña, has to be the best realtor I’ve ever dealt with hands down! Moving back to Texas and leaving my beautiful home in California wasn’t a terrible experience because I knew my property was left in good hands. I liked that you were always looking for my best interest, knowing that I was a single mother and that I had no experience in the market, you never took advantage of that. You were always thorough and if I didn't understand something, you wouldn't mind explaining it to me again. Krissia Pena is an outstanding agent. Ms. Pena has sold two houses for me. The first was a rental house. Since I am an appraiser (though not a residential appraiser) I pulled some comps before I started to interview agents. When I spoke to Ms. Pena, we had arrived at the same value for the house, so I was impressed even before we started working on the sale.

Ms. Pena sold that house so quickly, and covered the bases so well, that when I had a second house to sell (a much more complicated problem) using Ms. Pena again was an easy choice. She has marketing expertise, excellent people available for any needed repairs and improvements, and the determination and savvy that everyone hopes for in their choice of representation. Krissia Pena helped with a recent purchase we had in Jurupa Valley. We've dealt with a couple of realtors in the past and Krissia has been the best by far. She was always available to answer questions or meet at a property when asked. We encountered a difficult realtor the seller was using and thought that he was going to ruin the transaction. Despite all the issues the other realtor presented she stayed on top of all the deadlines and constantly communicated with all parties to insure that the deal went through. She understands how big of a deal and how important it is for a family when purchasing a home and never pressured us to make a decision we weren't comfortable with. I recently purchased a rental investment property in Moreno Valley. Krissia Pena was the realtor who found me a property that perfectly matched my investment objectives. She made an accurate representation of the property to me, pointing out where I might have to make repairs in the near term. This residential property was already under lease and the seller wanted to liquidate his ownership without disrupting the tenant. I was looking for a property that already had a tenant in place. We are located in San Diego and decided to sell our rental property in Moreno Valley. We had received mailers from Krissia in the past and decided to contact her about selling our property. We met with Krissia in Moreno Valley to discuss selling our property. Prior to this meeting she had done research on the property and at our meeting provided us with a package that contained sale information, comps and proposed listing price. She answered all of our questions and we felt comfortable with listing the property for sale with her.

The property that we were selling was a rental. Krissia did all of the coordination between the management company and tenant. She met with the tenant to discuss showing the property and with the tenant's cooperation the home was sold in about three weeks.

We met with Krissia one time and all other interaction was via phone or email. The closing transactions were also completed by email which made completion of the sale very easy. Krissia also coordinated any work that needed to be completed prior to the sale.

We highly recommend Krissia as the person to sell your property.

It is a pleasure to write this testimonial on behalf of our real estate agent, Krissia Pena, an agent for California Realty Pros - First Choice Investments, in California.

First let me mention that to this day, we have never met Krissia in-person. All of our communications have either been via the telephone or email. Yet, the qualify of customer service she provided this past year in the successful sale of our California residence surpasses any real estate agent I've had dealings with in my past 7 transactions and as a former real estate agent.

We reside in San Antonio, Texas, so we first became acquainted with Krissia as a result of a mailing we received. Since we had decided to sell our Riverside, California property, we contacted her and explained our situation. She immediately advised us of the process to put the property on the market upon completion of the lease; she sent us a market analysis and answered all of our questions. We had about 6 months remaining on the rental agreement but Krissia remained in contact periodically during that time.

Upon completion of the lease, because of her great customer service, we already felt like Krissia was OUR real estate agent so we signed a contract and she immediately went to work marketing the property. We envisioned a very stressful process trying to sale the property from Texas; however, Krissia took all of the stress off us and took it upon herself to restore the property and make it marketable by hiring multiple vendors, etc., to ensure the property was in tip top shape. As a result of her efforts, we began receiving offers almost immediately.

In a short time the property sold and the process of closing and signing documents between California and Texas began. Again, we envisioned a stress process because of our work schedules. However, Krissia, once again, made that process stress-free for us. She was constantly texting, e-mailing or calling us with updates and information. To our amazement, because of her efforts, not once did we have to fly from Texas to California to complete this transaction!

Krissia handled the process - from start to finish - professionally, tenaciously and meticulously. Krissia gets the job done!
