Krista was so incredibly helpful from beginning to end and beyond! She had amazing communication and was available literally 24/7 for any questions. She’s professional yet feels like family. She’s straight to the point and honest and will do whatever it takes to make your dreams come true! She was able to offer referrals to people to come help fix up the house to get it ready, and took care of all the hard stuff so our load was lighter. Very on point and on top of how the market is and everything. We were able to get several amazing offers on our house very quickly. I recommend her to everyone I know! Thanks so much, Krista! Krista is truely an amazing person! 2 years ago now she helped us buy our home here in Eugene Oregon and I still cannot recommend her enough! She went waaaaaay above and beyond! Once she figured out what we wanted, she was on it and quickly found us our house. We bought our first home in the summer of 2021 with Krista Harrison as our realtor. We had zero knowledge of the real estate market going into it as first time home buyers, and she walked us through every step of the way while making the process stress free! Krista was amazing to work with. She is extremely professional, works quickly, and was available literally whenever we needed her. There was no doubt in our mind as to who we wanted as our realtor when we sold our home only a short 9 months later. Krista played many roles in the entire process of selling our home. She helped us choose the perfect listing price, advertised our home for us, had professional photos taken and set up private showings. Our home went pending in less than two days with multiple offers, and we owe all of it to her. She goes above and beyond what a realtor should have to do. She even went out of her way to check on the house after we moved out of state. If you are buying or selling, Krista is who you want in your corner. She is the best agent around no doubt and we highly recommend her!

I’ve worked with many realtors and Krista is one of the best in the industry. She took extra care in the sale of our home, beyond the typical duties of a realtor. Whether she was arranging multiple contractor bids, checking in on the vacant property, getting our house in contract within 48 hours, or helping fix minor home issues, she kept lines of communication open and was readily available by phone/email. She is trustworthy, detail-orientated, and efficient, characteristics needed in a realtor, especially when selling a home from 3,500 miles away. Working with Krista was such an amazing experience. We were referred to her after having some struggles on thr home search front. She sat down with us and from the start of our conversation we were feeling better. We left feeling educated about the process and what we were doing. 4 years ago Krista helped us buy our house and last week she helped us sell it. I cannot say enough wonderful things about her! The entire 4 years she was always checking in with us. Every holiday we would get a little present from her, every Christmas our kiddos would get their picutre taken with Santa, but more than that, anytime I needed her over the last four years for anything, she was there. She is the definition of going above and beyond for her clients! She has become a very dear friend. My husband works in mortgages and has always disliked realtors. Krista has changed his mind completely and even he recommends her to everyone we meet! You won't find a better realtor anywhere. My only complaint is that we can't take her to Oklahoma with us to help us get a house there!

Krista has been and continues to be the the absolute best in her field.
I felt like we were taken care of every step of the way with her paramount professionalism as well as being down to earth and friendly.
She knows this business inside and out including what all of the other players in home buying do. She asked the hard questions we didn't know we needed and also kept things real with kindness.

Krista really was with us every step of the way, even during weekends when I felt uncomfortable to bother her, or she would just send out a quick how are you.

In my line of work, I also work with alot of people and I admire her ethics and personability.
If you need anything, anything at all, she would move mountains because she is that passionate about her life and career and it exudes from her personality.

Very Responsive. Every time I had a question, Krista would message me back usually within 5 minutes. She made herself available to show us multiple house on short notice, and when we decided to put in offers, she was very prompt. After having an accepted offer, she did a great job of explaining the buying process and navigating us through it. Even after the sale was finalized, she did a great job of following up with us and checking in. Krista seems to have a lot of strong relationships and open lines of communication with fellow realtors in the area, and she understands how each one operates. In this competitive market, that is a huge plus. I was very thankful for Krista's insights and suggestions. We are very happy with our purchase and I am glad we had Krista as our realtor.

Krista is in one word: considerate. As a first time home buyer, I was nervous, and aware that I knew so very little. So, when I was recommended to Krista by a co-worker, and that co-worker told me how thoughtful and protective Krista was of her in her house search, I knew at least here was someone I could potentially depend on with one of the biggest decisions of my life. And I'm so happy I did.

My search was not easy. It was a seller's market and it seemed like there was always a problem popping up with sellers or agents or the house itself. But Krista was ALWAYS available, communicative, teaching me about what was happening and why, but never in a way that felt pressured or condescending. She is genuinely concerned with understanding your goals and hopes and she does everything she can to look out for you to make sure you understand the process and that your needs are being met in what is a huge undertaking with so many moving parts.

For something like buying a home, you need someone you can trust to look out for you, and Krista is that person.
