As a former professional recruiter and current residential real estate agent, I have transitioned from helping folks find the right professional fit to finding the right personal fit. You'd be surprised at how similar these two careers can be!

In addition to selling real estate close to home (Sound Sound of Washington State) and I am a big time evangelist of short term rentals as an investment strategy. As an owner/operator of a successful short term rental myself, I know the ins and outs of market research, investment strategy, buying process and operational set up. Depending on an STR owners interests and priorities, they may choose to look outside of the local area, and I am happy to consult with them on that process as well.
