I highly recommend Marissa Charles! Like many of us, I care for my two homebound parents so it really helps to be able to feel confident that your agent gets what you are going through and will do their best for your parents interests. That is exactly the sense I got from working with Marissa. She works hard, she'll give her input when desired and respect yours at the same time, and she doesn't give up.
I can not say enough about her, so I won't even try, lol.
I unreservedly, wholeheartedly recommend Marissa Charles to anyone who wants a professional, positive, friendly and hard working realtor.

Fantastic experience moving from the Bay Area to the country. Kristen is fantastic; not only friendly, open, honest, and knowledgeable, but she really cares. We met her looking at a home we found driving in the Shingle Springs area, she was the listing agent. While the house was very nice, we were not sure. We really didn’t know exactly what we wanted. She offered to show us other properties to help us hone in on something that would work for us. Over the next couple of weeks she showed us a variety of homes in different areas and different price points, but most importantly she shared where we should go eat, what wineries to visit, who we should meet, truly amazing. She loves this area and it really shows. Throughout this process we kept coming back to the original house we met her at (her listing). In end it was a choice between the home we chose and her listing and instead of her selling hard, she remained unbiased and interested in our needs. She gave us compelling points for each and we were able to make a tough choice. If you want someone who not only knows property, but also loves her part of the world and wants to share it with you; if you want someone who is going to really listen and help; if you want someone who knows everyone, from insurance, internet, septic tanks, wells to the best restaurants and wineries, Kristen is who you should call. My wife and I have purchased over a dozen homes in our life so far, Kristen is the agent I will call again.
