Originally from Lawrenceville, NJ, Kristen moved to Philadelphia in 2001 to attend Drexel University, where she earned a degree in Corporate Communications. She spent several years in the service industry, taking on managerial and event planning roles, before she and her husband began investing in properties around Philadelphia. It didn’t take long for Kristen to discover her true passion for real estate, and she made the exciting transition to the industry, never looking back.

A longtime resident of Fishtown, Kristen has witnessed the area’s transformation into the vibrant, close-knit community it is today. Real estate has given her the opportunity to be more involved in the growth of neighborhoods across Philadelphia. As an investor herself, she’s passionate about helping clients uncover the hidden potential in the local market.
